I started my professional career in 2000 by joining Cisco TAC (Technical Assistance Center) as a customer support engineer with the job role to resolve issues in the area of Security and Access technologies. I then decided to join Cisco AS (Advanced Services) and supported the US based accounts of AT&T, Verizon and BT-Infonet as a consulting engineer. I moved into the role of CCIE lab Proctor to support the exams delivery and operations. Throughout my career, I have authored professional and expert level labs for the Cisco certification and training organizations. Finally, for the past 9 years, I have been the program manager of CCIE Security exam and responsible to maintain its life cycle.
I have a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California and a Triple CCIE# 7745. I am also a regular Cisco Live speaker and presented breakout and tectorial sessions.
